An away victory is improbable given that they gave up nearly three goals per game on average throughout that time.
Only Brighton has allowed more goals in the top 12 games this season than the Hammers, who have given up 24 goals in 14 games. This could prove to be David Moyes’ team’s undoing in this encounter. This season, West Ham has faced four of the league’s top six teams and has only managed one point—a 2-2 home draw with Newcastle.
The hosts shouldn’t be concerned since Spurs might have too much-attacking talent for a Hammers team already stretched thin due to their obligations in Europe.
