Back to football action, this weekend promises to be an exciting one already. We’ve seen some shocks already with Bayern suffering a 3-2 loss at the hands of Monchengladbach yesterday despite a 2-0 lead at first.
While other leagues continue their domestic action, the Premier League takes a break although there’s the magic of the FA Cup to compensate for that.
Without wasting any more time, we’ll be going straight to the best tips from today’s games all over Europe.
Straight Wins
AC Milan welcomes Torino to San Siro after suffering their first loss in 27 Serie A games at the hands of Juventus in midweek. Luckily for Pioli and company, they are still first on the table and one can bet they’ll be all out for a win today to get back to winning ways. We’re backing the Rossoneri to do just that. Bet365 have 1.60 odds, Bet9ja have 1.64 and 1xbet have 1.67.
Elsewhere, Real Madrid travel to Estadio El Sadar to take on a struggling Osasuna side in 19th position. Real Madrid are in second place and only two points behind leaders Atletico Madrid. We expect Los Blancos to claim a comprehensive win against a side without a single win in 10 games. Bet9ja and Bet365 are offering 1.50 odds while 1xbet have theirs at 1.56.
Off to Ligue 1, PSG welcome Brest to Parc des Princes for their second game of the Pochettino era. PSG might boast only two wins from their last five league games but we expect them to prove too much to handle for their opponents in 10th place and also with two wins from their last five outings. Bet365 have 1.14 odds, Bet9ja have 1.16 and 1xbet have 1.18 for the same event.
We move to the FA Cup where holders Arsenal welcome Newcastle to the Emirates as they begin their trophy defence. The Gunners have bounced back from a poor run to record three successive wins on the spin and we can see them claiming another win today on home turf. Bet365 are offering 1.33 odds for this event while Bet9ja and 1xbet have it at 1.38.
Finally, Manchester United welcome Watford to Old Trafford for the last FA Cup fixture of the day. Coming off the back of a disappointing derby loss to City in midweek, the Red Devils would be guns blazing for a win today. With one eye on the fixture against Liverpool next week, United would need all the morale they can get starting with a return to winning ways against the Hornets today. Bet365 have 1.25 odds, Bet9ja has 1.27 and 1xbet has 1.28.
Over 2.5 Goals
In the Serie A, Atalanta and Benevento lock horns in what could be an entertaining clash. With 36 goals so far, Atalanta are the highest-scoring side in the league and goals have never been a problem for them. They are favorites to win this one although Benevento are on decent form as well and that makes a winner difficult to say. Rather, we’re tipping this game to bring at least three goals. Bet9ja have 1.47 odds, Bet365 have 1.50 and 1xbet have 1.51.
Over to La Liga, Barcelona travel to Estadio Nuevo Los Cármenes to take on Granada and we can see a high-scoring affair for this one. Last time out, Barcelona won via a 3-2 score line against Athletic Bilbao and no matter what happens today, we’re expecting at least three goals on show. Bet9ja and Bet365 have 1.44 odds while 1xbet have theirs at 1.46.

Over to Ligue 1, leaders Lyon take on fourth place Rennes in a game that could be significant for the top of the table. Both sides are unbeaten in their last four games and that makes things interesting especially in terms of predicting a winner. However, four out of Lyon’s last five games has seen over 2.5 goals and we’re expecting that to happen once again today. Bet365 have 1.80 odds, Bet9ja have 1.85 and 1xbet have theirs at 1.93.
Off to the Bundesliga, second place Leipzig take on fourth place Borussia Dortmund in a game where there’s a lot to play for. A win for Leipzig will see them move to the top of the table after Bayern lost yesterday. Dortmund will also be looking to reduce the deficit on the top three sides with a win today. Based on that, we expect both teams to have a go at each other and that could translate to goals at both ends. Bet9ja have 1.68 odds, Bet365 have 1.72 and 1xbet have 1.78.
Finally, Everton welcome Championship side Rotherham to Goodison Park for their FA Cup fixture. Everton are full time favorites to win this one and however it goes, it’s easy to see why we’re tipping this game to see at least three goals in Merseyside. Bet9ja have 1.51 odds while Bet365 and 1xbet have 1.53.
Anytime Goal scorer
Messi
Messi marked his first game of 2021 with a brace against Athletic Bilbao. Granada might be no walkover at this stage but La Pulga is always a favorite to score regardless of the opposition. We’re tipping him to find the back of the net today. Bet365 have 1.50 odds while Bet9ja have theirs at 1.70.
Benzema
The Frenchman has not scored for Real Madrid in his last two games but he will fancy his chances against a struggling Osasuna side on all fronts. Two more goals for Benzema will see him hit double digits La Liga goals this term and he’ll have his mind set on that for sure. Bet365 have 1.80 odds while Bet9ja have it slightly better at 1.95.
Depay
The Lyon campaign has impressed so far and has also been very consistent with 10 goals from 18 league games. Last time out, he bagged a brace for Les Gones and he’ll be looking to continue his rich form with another goal-scoring outing against Rennes. There is value here with Bet365 offering 2.60 odds and Bet9ja putting theirs at 2.75.
