It will undoubtedly be difficult for HJK to win on the road here due to the attack’s issues. Despite having the lead after game 1, we do not believe they will succeed here. Despite coming from a lower level than HJK, Larne is a strong home team. The visitors’ recent road record includes five games with four draws, and most of their opponents were on par with Larne.
We were able to see how the second leg may appear from the first leg between Larne and HJK. Only eight shots were combined by the sides in the opening game, only two of which were on goal. Both teams were unable to seize their chances.
While the hosts should perform better at home, it appears unlikely that they will be able to reverse this tie given how outplayed they were for most of the first leg. Under 2.5 goals should be the best wager for this match because the visitors will prioritize maintaining a clean sheet here, and we anticipate a similar situation on Wednesday in Belfast.
