Verdict
Galatasaray struggled in their season debut, tying 2-2 with Zalgiris in the first leg of their matchup in the second qualifying round. However, they overcame the Lithuanian team 1-0 to advance, marking the start of a five-game streak without surrendering a goal.
Molde defeated KI after extra time in the previous round, and Valerenga and Molde drew 0-0 at home over the weekend. The hosts have already lost the opening leg of their previous two competitive ties, and they have only won once in their previous four games.
Since they have won four of their previous five games, Galatasaray should be able to defeat the hosts due to their superior talent. They have a proven finisher in Mauro Icardi, who will pose difficulties for the Norwegian team.
Icardi has scored three goals in his last two outings and an amazing 17 goals in his last 14 appearances for the Turkish team. Against a team that would infrequently face a finisher of that kind, he is a wonderful value to score at any time.
