Inter Milan began the new Serie A season with a victory last week, and they go to Cagliari on Monday night for their first away game.

Additionally, Inter may take pride in their recent dominance on Italian soil, where they have won 10 of their last 11 matches in all competitions.
In front of their own supporters, Cagliari will undoubtedly want to impress and make life difficult for the Milan juggernauts. However, maintaining Inter’s offensive prowess is easier said than done, so anything other than a victory for the visitors would be unexpected.
Marcus Thuram’s signing to Inter provides them with a dangerous front two, but Lautaro Martinez is without a doubt their primary man up top. Martinez has the highest minutes-per-goal average among players from the top five European leagues who have scored at least 15 goals in 2023. In the past year, he has scored an average of every 89 minutes and 48 seconds, including twice against Monza.
The Inter forward’s eight goals in eight Serie A games against Cagliari are the most he’s ever scored against a team in the league. Support him in increasing that total on Monday with a strike.
