It was a good week with some interesting ties we witnessed from the Champions League and Europa League games. Some of the notable results include Manchester United thrashing Leipzig, Barcelona edging a Cristiano Ronaldo-less Juventus and Tottenham suffering a shock loss to Royal Antwerp.
Away from the continental front, we’re off to more predictable domestic games where we have some good ties once again this weekend.
Wolves already claimed a 2-0 win over Crystal Palace yesterday to start the game-week and there’s more of it all across all leagues for sure. We’ll do what we do as usual and we’ll be giving you the best tips for the day.
There is no featured game for today but good tips in stock regardless.
Manchester City take on Sheffield United at Bramall Lane in the first Premier League game today. Sheffield are about one of the worst sides in the League based on current form. They have only one point from six games, only 3 goals scored and are in 19th place. Manchester City have not been the best this season but we expect them to win this one. Bet9ja have 1.33 odds for this while Betking have 1.36.
Burnley take on Chelsea at Turf Moor and they are in the exact same situation as Sheffield United mentioned above. The only difference being that Burnley is in 18th place. Chelsea are expected to brush aside their opponents with ease. Bet9ja are offering 1.57 odds while Betking have 1.62.
Over to the Bundesliga, Borussia Dortmund takes on Arminia Bielefeld in an away game. Arminia have lost their last three games in succession and this could be a fourth for them in a row. Dortmund come off the back of a win over Lazio and are expected to win this one. Bet9ja have 1.40 odds while Betking have 1.45.
In the same vein, Bayern Munich take on Koln in an away game as well. Koln are even worse than Arminia Bielefeld on the log standings and it’s a clear win for the European Champions except for the rarest of upsets. Bet9ja have 1.22 odds while Betking have 1.26 odds.
Off to the Serie A, Inter take on Parma at San Siro and we’re tipping Antonio Conte’s men to claim a win. The Nerazzurri come off the back of a goalless draw from midweek and a win will be high on their agenda. Bet9ja have 1.36 odds while Betking are going with 1.40.
Finally, we head to La Liga where Barcelona travel to Estadio Mendizorrotza to take on Alaves. The Catalan giants might have lost their last two games in the League but they’ll be high on confidence after their win against Juventus in the Champions League. We expect them to win this one today as well. Bet9ja have 1.45 odds while Betking have 1.50.
We already tipped Chelsea to edge Burnley and we expect the game to bring goals as well in similar fashion. Bet9ja are offering a decent 1.66 odds while Betking have 1.75 odds.
Elsewhere, Liverpool take on West Ham at Anfield in what could be a tricky tie. Yes, Liverpool are favorites to win but West Ham have shown they can upset the big boys on a number of occasions. A safe bet for this game will be the goal market as that is more likely to happen. Bet9ja have 1.34 odds while Betking have 1.40 odds.
PSG take on Nantes in an away trip in Ligue 1. Les Parisiens will be without Neymar for the next three games but they still have enough firepower to win this one. Bet9ja have 1.38 odds while Betking have 1.45 odds.
First-place Ajax take on bottom-placed Fortuna Sittard in the Eredivisie. Last time out, Ajax claimed a stunning 13-0 win over Venlo and this game is looking like another good one to bring goals once again. The odds tell the story as well. The bookies are only offering a mere 1.20 odds for this.
Real Madrid take on Huesca at the Alfredo di Stefano stadium while work continues to go on at the Bernabeu. Los Blancos are pretty unpredictable right now so much that we can’t tip them for a win. However, we’re tipping goals to be in this encounter later today. Bet9ja have 1.58 odds for this while Betking have 1.62.
Lastly, Atalanta take on struggling Crotone in the Serie A and it’s a game that should deliver goals. Atalanta might have lost their last two games in the league but it was to Napoli and Sampdoria. Even at that, they are way better than bottom place Crotone who have only one point so far. Atalanta could win but this match should bring goals. Bet9ja are offering 1.37 odds while Betking have 1.42.
Anytime Goal scorer
Since he joined PSG on a season-long loan, he has scored four goals in four games so far. Last time out, he scored both goals for PSG in their 2-0 win over Basaksehir. He is on good form right now and he’s a good shout to score once again. A good value could be available with bet9ja offering 2.05 odds and Betking offering 2.55.
Werner has blown hot and cold this term but given the opposition today, he will fancy his chances of scoring. He is also high on confidence after his goal form midweek and he could get one or two today. Bet9ja are offering 2.00 odds while Betking are offering a whopping 2.80 odds for him to score.
With Aguero back on the treatment table, the goal-scoring burden is back on Raheem Sterling. Admittedly, City have not been all that lethal this term but he is a likely candidate to score should they hit the ground running today. Bet9ja are offering 2.00 odds while Betking are offering 2.20.
It must be boring tipping him to score at this point but we won’t stop doing so for now. Goal-machine, as he’s fondly called is definitely a good shout to get in on the goals once again. Compared to other forwards, Bet9ja are only offering 1.30 odds while Betking are slightly further at 1.33.
