Lazio will be expected to beat Bologna at home in the opening round of fixtures in the 2022/23 Serie A season but Bologna carries a threat going forward and should not be taken lightly. Lens made a winning start last week. They look primed to take home all three points here as they face Ajaccio away. Also, Lens won five of their last six games, they kept five clean sheets in their last seven matches too. With both teams’ recent form in mind, we are predicting a win for the visitors. Over 2.5 Goals
Fiorentina will be confident of getting off to a winning start to the new Serie A season as they play host to newly-promoted Cremonese. The Ligue 1 season might only be one game week old but everyone is desperate to record that first win of the new campaign; neither of these two is yet to do so. We are predicting an over 2.5 goals outcome for this match as Troyes’ form is a banker for going north of the 2.5 mark with four of their last five going over that 2.5 cut-off and their game average in that period sitting at a whopping 4.2 goals. Toulouse has a form that is less nailed on; only two of their past five have gone over the required threshold, however, there are a couple of notable stats to consider. Firstly, their game average in that given game spell is 3.8 goals and then you have the fact that the last head-to-head clash between these sides served up seven goals. Auxerre arrives in this game as favorites to win. Angers have conceded a lot of goals recently; they kept one clean sheet in their last five games, conceding 11 times in that stretch. Because of this, Angers’ recent matches have been high-scoring; as three of their last four games went above the 2.5 goal mark. In like manner, Auxerre has scored and conceded a lot of goals recently; and as a result, five of their last seven games saw at least three goals scored. Bayern Munich hit the ground running with a 6-1 win over Frankfurt in the season opener. The hosts have been scoring lots of goals consistently averaging over 4 in their last four games. He equaled his best goal tally again last season with 10 goals for West Ham in the PL although he had a good performance when he featured in the UEL.
