After the conclusion of all the games played this week in Europe, the weekend begins.

The top clubs in the rest of Europe get back up their league schedules since the ones that played last week have some games today. We have games here today from the Netherlands, Spain, and Italy.

We have carefully selected the finest bets from this weekend’s games, and following today’s predictions, we are certain of a close call.

Straight Wins.

Saturday’s match between struggling Bournemouth and title-challenging Man City will be a very important one for the visitors. Both of these two sides need a win this weekend but for very different reasons. The odds are stacked against hosts Bournemouth but Man City has dropped points in two of their last three away games. Manchester City has won each of their last 12 games against Bournemouth the hosts have lost three of their last six matches in all competitions. Guardiola’s men have won three of their last six in the league and cup. This should be an easy win for him today. Bet9ja have 1.32 odds, Paripesa have 1.31 odds and 1xBet have 1.31 odds.

Napoli is the favorite to add another victory to their haul when they face Empoli. Napoli is aiming to win for the eighth time on the spin in Serie A when they travel to take on Empoli on Saturday. Napoli has won seven assignments on the bounce in Serie A and the champions-elect managed to keep a clean sheet in an impressive five of those victories. Back in November, they shut out Empoli in a 2-0 triumph in Naples and the title-chasing Partenopei are solid enough defensively to repeat that feat when they visit the Stadio Carlo Castellani for the return fixture on Saturday. We are certain of an easy win for Napoli here today Bet9ja have 1.48 odds, Paripesa have 1.51 odds and 1xBet have 1.51 odds.

Bochum has lost four of their last five assignments in the Bundesliga ahead of their trip to play Werder Bremen on Saturday. Bochum has slipped down to third last place in the Bundesliga following a run of four defeats in five assignments and on Saturday, the relegation candidates face another tough test when they travel to take on Werder Bremen. The host has won two of their last four matches in the Bundesliga and they’ve already gotten the better of Bochum once this term with a 2-0 win over them in September. A repeat result could be on the cards here and our first Werder Bremen vs Bochum prediction recommends a stake in the hosts in the match result market. Bet9ja have 2.03 odds, Paripesa have 2.04 odds and 1xBet have 2.04 odds.

In-form Dortmund is on a roll ahead of their latest test at Hoffenheim. Dortmund has won 100% of their last eight assignments in all competitions ahead of their meeting with Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga on Saturday. Borussia Dortmund has been in electric form since the club campaign’s resumption and their comfortable 4-1 triumph over Hertha Berlin on Sunday was their 11th straight win in all competitions. In contrast, struggling Hoffenheim has lost five matches on the spin, while they have also tasted defeat in four of their last five meetings with Dortmund. Everything points to an away win here, so our first Hoffenheim vs Dortmund prediction recommends a stake in that direction. Bet9ja have 1.78 odds, Paripesa have 1.85 odds and 1xBet have 1.85 odds.

Leicester is still looking over their shoulders at the ongoing relegation battle as they only sit 4pts clear of third from bottom West Ham, while Arsenal is back at the top of the table following last weekend’s result and will be on the hunt for another 3pts on Saturday. Arsenal has won five of their last six meetings with the Foxes in all competitions, running out 4-2 winners at the Emirates earlier in the campaign. Leicester have lost two of their last five league games and now goes up against the top team in the Premier League right now. Arsenal returned to winning ways last time out against Aston Villa after going four games in all competitions without a single victory. Bet9ja have 1.73 odds, Paripesa have 1.75 odds and 1xBet have 1.75 odds.

Over 2.5

When Lecce hosts Sassuolo this weekend, two teams in the decent form will clash. Before their matchup with difficult opponents Lecce in Serie A on Saturday, Sassuolo had only lost one of their previous five games. Lecce has won seven of the past nine Serie A points available, while Sassuolo has lost just once in five matches. With momentum growing in both squads, we anticipate both sides to go all-out on Saturday. An open match may follow from this, and given that four of the previous five games played at Lecce’s Stadio Comunale Via del Mare have produced at least three goals, it is sensible to expect the same outcome here. Bet9ja have 2.08 odds, Paripesa have 2.20 odds and 1xBet have 2.20 odds.

On Saturday, February 25, the Bundesliga’s Red Bull Arena will host a match between RB Leipzig and Frankfurt. When Leipzig plays Die Adler, they will be in fifth place, sixth overall in Germany. Today in the Bundesliga, RB Leipzig plays against Eintracht Frankfurt, their archrivals. While we don’t anticipate a comparable thrashing on Saturday, the entertainment value should be equally as high as it was during the last meeting between RB Leipzig and Frankfurt back in September. Die Adler destroyed the Red Bulls 4-0. Over 2.5 goals have been scored in seven of Leipzig’s previous nine Bundesliga games, while 60% of Die Adler’s last 10 divisional contests have gone over that mark. Once again, anticipate at least three goals to find the back of the net. Bet9ja have 1.67 odds, Paripesa have 1.74 odds and 1xBet have 1.74 odds.

The Lyon supporters are frustrated and want to see a strong response from the squad against Angers after last week’s shocking loss to one of the weakest clubs in the league. They are going up against the second-worst goal-scoring defense in the league today. Aiming for over 2.5 goals since Lyon won the opening game of the current season 5-0 and because over two goals have been scored in four of the past five meetings between these clubs. If we look farther back in time, we can find that just two of the last 10 head-to-head games resulted in under 2.5 goals. Looking at just this season, Lyon had 13 games with over 2.5 goals while Angers had 16. Bet9ja have 1.82 odds, Paripesa have 1.94 odds and 1xBet have 1.94 odds.

After falling to Feyenoord last week, Alkmaar lost some ground, but they will have an opportunity to score against the weakest club in the league. Neither one of the previous five games between AZ Alkmaar and Cambuur had more than three goals scored, but this match may have gone otherwise. Alkmaar’s recent five games have had at least 3.5 goals in three of them, compared to Cambuur’s four. In contrast, Cambuur had three of their four games with over 3.5 goals played away from home, and they are playing in Alkmaar. Looking at Alkmaar’s recent home results, they recently earned a 5-0 victory over Excelsior and drew 5-5 with Utrecht. Bet9ja have 1.45 odds, Paripesa have 1.46 odds and 1xBet have 1.46 odds.

The match between Groningen and Excelsior features two of the Eredivisie’s poorest defenses, but it also has additional meanings. It makes sense to go over goals when teams who give up a lot of goals are matched together. For Groningen, two of the past five games have finished in over 2.5 goals, whilst for Excelsior, three of the last five games have. When comparing their head-to-head records, they once more played ‘over’ goals in three of their five meetings. In terms of over/under statistics for the entire season, Groningen had 13 games with at least three goals scored, one more than their closest rival. Bet9ja have 1.72 odds, Paripesa have 1.78 odds and 1xBet have 1.78 odds.

Anytime Goal scorers

Haaland

Manchester City’s superstar striker missed some guilt-edged chances away at Nottingham Forest last time out and it ended up costing his side the victory. With that in mind, we’re predicting a big performance from the young Norwegian striker who has already ingrained himself in Premier League history with 26-goal in his debut campaign. Haaland is a very determined player and will be out to make up for his poor finishing in the last game and the Bournemouth defense better prepare themselves. Despite those misses, Haaland has scored 5-goals in his last eight games in all competitions, so even when he is going through a ‘poor patch’ he still scores plenty of goals.  Bet9ja have 1.45 odds while Paripesa have 1.40 odds.

Victor Osimhen

Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen just cannot stop scoring and the 24-year-old rattled the net for the sixth game in a row in midweek when he found his range in the Champions League against Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany. In Serie A, Osimhen has scored 18 times in 18 starts this season and the lethal finisher can be backed to register again with confidence this weekend. Bet9ja have 2.00 odds while Paripesa have 1.87 odds.

Niclas Fullkrug

Werder Bremen’s Niclas Fullkrug is the surprised pace-setter in the race to win the Bundesliga’s golden boot this season and two of the striker’s 13 goals in the division were notched in one game against Bochum back in September. Having already punished Bochum’s weak defense twice in 2022/23, Fullkrug looks like a candidate worth backing in the anytime goalscorer stakes against the same outfit on Saturday. Bet9ja have 2.30 odds while Paripesa have 2.10 odds.

Bukoya Saka

Saka top scores for the Gunners in the league this season with 9-goals and the 21-year-old is also the club’s main creative force with 8-assists to his name. The Arsenal wide-man has been in decent form in front of goal of late, netting four times in his last eight league games, and we’re backing the left-footed forward to put in another top performance when Arsenal makes the trip to the Midlands this weekend. Stopping Saka is very tough, he has pace and power in abundance and can score from outside the box as well as inside, so the Leicester defenders have a tough job on their hands. Bet9ja have 3.15 odds while Paripesa have 2.85 odds.

Daichi Kamada

When Eintracht Frankfurt thumped RB Leipzig 4-0 earlier in the campaign, Japanese attacker Daichi Kamada was a constant menace, scoring once and parting Die Roten Bullen’s lines with some pinpoint crosses. The 26-year-old has been a little off the boil of late, though Kamacha will be determined to raise his levels on Saturday. Bet9ja have 5.60 odds while Paripesa have 5.20 odds.
