In their last five Premier League encounters with Tottenham, Sunday’s visitors have won three, drawn one, and lost one. They also defeated Tottenham 2-0 in their most recent meeting in May.

At the Vitality Stadium on Thursday night, Tottenham lost another center-back, Ben Davies, to a hamstring injury that Postecoglou predicts will keep him out of action for some time.

Cristian Romero’s comeback from a toe injury is much needed, as Micky van de Ven is also out with a thigh issue. However, Archie Gray, a teenager, may have to temporarily fill in at the back with Radu Dragusin.

Wilson Odobert, Mikey Moore, Richarlison (hamstring), Rodrigo Bentancur, and Guglielmo Vicario are also still out of the first-team lineup for the time being. Postecoglou should bring up his captain for the derby right away after limiting Son Heung-min to a cameo in the second half on Thursday.
